General

This webshop is operated by the members of Queens Pleasure. By placing an order through this webshop, you agree to the terms below.

Queens Pleasure is a small independent webshop. We do our best to process and ship all orders carefully and personally.

Products

All products are subject to availability.

Because some items are produced in small batches, limited editions, or handmade runs, slight differences in color, print placement, or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Payments must be completed before orders are shipped.

We accept the payment methods available during checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands.

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 7 business days. During busy periods, tours, festivals, holidays, or new merch drops, shipping may take longer.

We are musicians running this shop ourselves, so we appreciate your patience and support.

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, some products may not be returnable, such as worn clothing or opened personal items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Lost Packages

Queens Pleasure is not responsible for packages lost after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost during transit, contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, music, artwork, photos, videos, and content on this webshop belong to Queens Pleasure unless stated otherwise.

These may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Privacy

We only use customer information to process orders and provide customer support.

Your information will never be sold to third parties.
